Shipping
Orders are shipped via ground service unless other priority delivery options are selected in the shopping cart when placing orders.  Purple Dragonfly reserves the right to choose shippers based service and suitability for a particular purpose.  Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more - click here for free shipping offer details.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 24 - 72 hours from when your order was placed. Product descriptions may provide a shipping estimate time to ship. If you require a rush order, overnight shipping and other priority services are available in the shopping cart. You are also welcome to call us at (386) 677-2010 to discuss special arrangements.

No Minimum Order Requirement!
Purple Dragonfly Boutique has no minimum order requirement for most of our products.

Back Orders
Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available, unless stated otherwise. All items are subject to availability and prior sale.

Restrictions
FitFlop products available for shipment only within the United States.

Guarantee/Returns
Purple Dragonfly Boutique takes pride in offering high quality products. We hope that you're happy with the jewelry, footwear, handbags and other gift items available here. If you are not satisfied and need to return a product, please first contact us so we can ensure that everything goes smoothly with your product return. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.  All returned items must be in the original packaging and all original tags must be attached.  Sale items and seasonal items are not returnable.  Return requests will only be considered within 15 days of receipt of goods.

Credits-refunds for authorized returns will be issued within 30 days from receipt and will be given for the cost of product only. Merchandise must be returned with original packaging in order to qualify for a refund. We cannot accept any returns of sale items, seasonal items, or items after 15 days of receipt.
